Services

EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based approach designed to help you process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and overwhelming life experiences. Rather than relying solely on talk therapy, EMDR uses guided bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements or tapping—to help the brain reprocess stuck memories and reduce their emotional intensity.
